Building EveryMatrix for long-term growth across LatAm

Latin America is one of the most dynamic iGaming regions in the world, but succeeding there requires much more than taking a global product and launching it market by market.
Speaking to HIPTHER and Eastern European Gaming, Managing Director LatAm Matias Montero discussed how EveryMatrix is investing in local expertise, adapting its technology to individual markets and building the foundations for long-term growth across the region.
For EveryMatrix, the opportunity is significant. But so is the complexity.
LatAm is not one market
One of the most important principles behind EveryMatrix’s regional strategy is recognising that Latin America cannot be treated as a single market.
Regulation, player behaviour, payments, product preferences and operator requirements can differ significantly between countries.
That means the technology needs to be flexible enough to respond to those differences without forcing operators into a single model.
What works in Argentina will not necessarily work in Peru, Mexico or Brazil, and successful market entry depends on understanding those differences from the outset.
For Matias, that makes local knowledge essential. EveryMatrix appointed him to lead its Latin American expansion and establish a regional hub, with the wider strategy built around combining global technology with people who understand how individual markets actually operate.
Building locally, not remotely
EveryMatrix previously serviced Latin America from Miami. The next phase is about establishing a stronger presence within the region itself.
Matias is based in Buenos Aires and is building a dedicated local team capable of supporting commercial growth, product development and closer relationships with operators.
That local presence matters because entering a regulated market is rarely just a technical exercise.
Operators need technology that can adapt to local regulation, payment methods, player expectations and changing commercial conditions. They also need people who can understand those requirements quickly and translate them into practical solutions.
This is why localisation goes beyond language or front-end design. It affects how the entire platform is configured and how EveryMatrix works with customers from market entry through to long-term growth.
Proven technology for operators ready to scale
LatAm’s continued regulatory development is creating opportunities for both established operators and newer entrants.
At the same time, growing player expectations mean many businesses are reassessing whether their existing technology can support the next stage of development.
EveryMatrix sees an opportunity to bring technology already proven with major regulated operators into markets where businesses are looking for greater scale, flexibility and product depth.
Its modular approach allows operators to choose individual products or a wider turnkey solution depending on their needs, rather than requiring them to replace their entire technology stack at once.
That becomes particularly valuable in emerging regulated markets, where requirements can change quickly and operators need infrastructure capable of evolving with them.
Brazil at the centre of the opportunity
Brazil is naturally one of the most important markets in EveryMatrix’s regional strategy.
Its size makes it a major opportunity for operators and suppliers alike, and EveryMatrix is already certified in the market.
The company is also closely following the development of Brazil’s B2B regulatory framework, which could simplify how suppliers and operators manage certification in future.
But the regional strategy extends well beyond Brazil. EveryMatrix is building towards a model that can support operators across established and emerging regulated markets throughout Latin America, while adapting technology and commercial support to the realities of each jurisdiction.
The objective is therefore not simply to be present in the biggest markets, but to create a regional structure capable of supporting operators wherever the strongest opportunities develop.
Becoming a long-term tier-1 partner
EveryMatrix’s ambitions in Latin America reflect the wider evolution of the business.
As the company works with more tier-1 operators globally, the relationship increasingly extends beyond supplying individual products.
The goal is to become a technology partner that can help operators enter markets, scale successfully and respond as regulation, competition and player behaviour evolve.
That requires investment before opportunities fully mature: in licences and certifications, in people on the ground and in technology capable of meeting different local requirements.
Latin America is still evolving rapidly, but that is precisely what makes the opportunity compelling.
For EveryMatrix, the strategy is to build the local knowledge and infrastructure now that will allow both the company and its customers to grow with the region over the long term.
