EveryMatrix has offices in Malta (Sliema), Romania (Bucharest), Ukraine (Lviv and Kyiv), Norway (Ski), Croatia (Zagreb), Spain (Marbella), China (Changsha), Armenia (Yerevan), Thailand (Chang Mai) and U.S. (Miami).

Engagement & Retention 

Everyone in the business has a purpose and goals and work hard to get there, but how, with whom we work and live our office lives, makes a big difference. EveryMatrix is young at heart and that’s what makes it such a great place to be.

Friends, ideas, fun and inspiration come easier when you are free to be you. We are all different and special. It means that at EveryMatrix, your best friend, your ‘kickass’ crazy colleague, your mentor, are always there for you.

We are committed to creating a happy, productive, and engaging environment and are constantly taking steps to maintain this culture, either through additional benefits, development opportunities, mediating conflicts, improving policies and processes or through other aspects related to quality of life at the office.

To further encourage work life balance and reward seniority inside the company, the last 12 months has seen us standardise paid leave across all countries, combining paid leave with public holidays to ensure that between them, everyone has the same number of days off. New mothers can also work from home full time until their child’s first birthday, while new dads can do the same for 13 weeks after the birth. Maternity leave increased to 21 weeks, and paternity to 4 weeks.

The secret of our success lies in our experienced, fast-moving, and quick-thinking management who ensure the development of high-quality business strategies and alignment with short and long-term objectives. Leadership is the main factor for employee engagement and we rely on assertive managers with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.

In 2022 introduced coffee break chats with leaders and colleagues encouraging people who may not ordinarily meet to communicate and work together with people saying they now have a closer understanding of their colleagues both professionally and personally.

We take pride in growing many of our managers within EveryMatrix. We have many homegrown talents that have taken on new challenges with the support of smart and dedicated teams. People are caring, authentic and free to be themselves. Come for the job, stay for the team. The average time an employee stays with us is 4.5 years, far above the average for technology businesses. Thirty-four people have spent 10+ years, with 12 spending 15 years+ since its foundation.

Leadership & Management 

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) 

We give back to the community and implement sustainability initiatives across all our offices and beyond. We established a Sustainability committee to ensure all our company handouts, office related products and gifts were environmentally friendly.

This year we continued our journey to make the world a better place with several green initiatives across the globe including our Bucharest office joining the New Trees for New Life project and our office in Norway cleaning up the areas around a local lake.

We are also committed to minimising the use of single use items across all our offices by raising awareness and highlighting the benefits for the environment.
