EveryMatrix has been granted B2B licence approval from the Danish Gambling Authority (DGA) to offer its software and services in the country.
The industry’s fastest growing technology provider is in the first wave of betting and gaming suppliers to receive regulatory authorisation since new DGA legislation came into force on January 1st this year.
EveryMatrix has several tier-1 World Lottery Association and iGaming customers in Denmark and across Scandinavia and will be able to continue offering them and their players with its best-of-breed modular and turnkey games content, technology, software and services following its licence approval.
Within the new licencing system B2B suppliers must ensure the content they provide is certified and complies with Danish regulations. This marks a change from the previous framework where the responsibility for certification and compliance was with the B2C operator.
EveryMatrix welcomes and endorses these changes which alleviates additional compliance responsibilities from iGaming customers.
The DGA has created a game register where suppliers such as EveryMatrix need to report games certification. B2C brands must also consult the register to ensure the games offered are the most up to date and certified versions.
Ebbe Groes, CEO & Co-Founder, EveryMatrix, said: “We’re very pleased to be among the first group of technology companies to be licensed under the new Danish regulatory regime. This means we can both continue to work with our existing customers and onboard new brands serving the market. We’ve operated in the region for more than a decade and have some very exciting new deals to announce soon so watch this space.”
