Transforming player retention strategies with EngageSuite

One of iGaming’s biggest challenges is to drive player loyalty, increase retention rates and ultimately boost the lifetime value of a group of players.

But doing that is more challenging than it might seem, with so many options for players in the market. Not only are there a myriad of operators in any given market, but there are also a plethora of entertainment options.

It’s arguably never been harder to retain players. But that all changes with EveryMatrix’s EngageSuite solution, Casino CEO Stian Enger told iGaming Expert.

LoyaltyEngine is just one aspect of the EngageSuite range, which contains specialist technology for prizes, bonuses, jackpots, tournaments and challenges. 

All these tools come together in one ecosystem that is designed to boost player retention.

“Instead of having a loyalty system from one provider and a bonusing system from another, it’s one ecosystem,” Enger explained.

“All the features are connected and a good example of this is the shop. You have a shop with LoyaltyEngine, but what do you put in it? You populate it with a jackpot from JackpotEngine and free spins from BonusEngine. It all works together out of the box. It creates a richer, fuller experience.”

The EngageSuite utilises artificial intelligence to analyse player behaviours over time and uses algorithms to detect when to begin using these tools and generate personalised experiences for players. 

Some of this is done in collaboration with Future Anthem, which provides its solutions to create the AI recommendations and what that has allowed us to do is interact with the player at the right time.

This solution has already paid dividends; for each £1 that players were previously spending, Enger noted that they are now spending around £3.32.

It is, Enger said, because of the enhanced personalisation options that the suite offers players. One example of this is through challenges and tournaments.

“The actual campaigns that drive these tournaments today are pre-generated. We might have 10 different tournaments or 10 different challenges, but they are pre-defined so you choose one or the other,” Enger noted.

“I think the way these will develop in the future is that these are generated for you. That doesn’t mean you need to pick the one that was generated specifically for you, but it will be an option based on our AI’s prediction of what your perfect journey would look like.”
