Qiwi is a publicly traded Russian payment service provider headquartered in Nicosia (Cyprus), that operates electronic online payment systems primarily in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus, and Romania. Qiwi is an E-wallet, based on a Visa Prepaid Account, with over 19 million active consumer accounts. This method enables end users to make secure payments online. Once a payment is initiated, an invoice will be created in the end user QIWI Wallet account who can then choose to pay the invoice using the existing QIWI Wallet balance or the card registered to the account, or at any payment terminal supported by QIWI Wallet.
