Sustainability strategy
How do we do it?
Sustainability Strategy is an integral part of our business strategy and defines objectives and targets within our main areas of interest:
EveryMatrix uses a combination of governing documents and metrics to ensure our sustainability strategy remains focused and relevant. Internal policies, such as our Employee Handbook, and policies supporting continuous learning and development, are the framework for the company's structure, culture and direction.
To ensure policies and principles are known and widely used by all team members, all new employees are introduced to these policies upon joining the company and are required to undertake training in key areas dependent on the scope of their roles.

EveryMatrix makes regular donations to BeGambleAware, an independent charity that has a framework agreement with the UK Gambling Commission of Great Britain to deliver its National Strategy to reduce gambling harms within the context of arrangements based on voluntary donations from the gambling industry.

We are committed to making a positive impact in the communities we belong to and interact with. This includes donating more than €1.3m to our Ukrainian colleagues, tree-planting projects in key locations, youth volunteering, local clean-up efforts from the beaches in Malta to the forests in Norway and expanding our Teachstream (Kids Academy) educational charity across Romania.

As a B2B software provider EveryMatrix does not have any direct contact with players, however we remain committed to designing, developing and deploying safe and sustainable products that protect our customers' players from harm and follow a range of company policies to ensure this takes place.
We strive to make entertaining, transparent and fair products that promote healthy gambling behaviours. We are aware of the impact of gambling on society and recognise our responsibility to endorse safer gambling, support research against gambling addiction, and adhere to relevant compliance requirements.
