A Common Vision – Nicolas Fleiderman Interview for iNTERGAME

Nicolas Fleiderman, EveryMatrix CCO, speaks in this interview to iNTERGAME about his expectations and the EveryMatrix plans for 2017 and beyond.

You’ve been with EveryMatrix a few months now; how’s it going?

I must say that although I started some months ago, I was quite busy setting in place the necessary procedures to address the commercial aspects of our business.

I am equally aware that our objectives can only be reached by providing a reliable infrastructure that can support our clients’ development, so my interests are twofold: technical and commercial.

The year has seen a number of big deals for EveryMatrix – what have been the highlights?

The main highlight of 2016 is represented by our incessant work to re-write our main solutions: sports, casino and payments.

Although this development has been quite time-consuming for us, we have already launched some modules that are now integrated in our clients’ platforms.

A second element to underline is our constant development of customised solutions. For instance, we have a feature in our casino product that allows operators to create numerous lobbies, with different categories of games, and assign each lobby to different groups of players.

At the same time, we have a Game Recommendation Engine that is based on millions of game rounds to detect similarities between the casino games integrated in CasinoEngine as revealed by players’ personal history.

As a result of this hard work we have managed to achieve a good number of sales to tier-one operators that will put our service standards to higher levels. One such example is Norsk Tipping, the Norwegian state lottery, which selected our competitive CasinoEngine platform for a six-year deal.

Our quest for better products continues and we are ready to offer more details at ICE 2017.

Looking ahead, what is your vision for what EveryMatrix can achieve in the coming years?

My chief objectives are strongly linked to the EveryMatrix commercial strategy. That’s why I am interested to find the best means of connecting the account management, sales and marketing teams and imprint upon them a common vision.

Additionally, I have strong confidence in the fact that our commercial strategy should be closely associated with the quality of our products, so we need to keep in focus our product development. Our overall client relationship needs to permit the existence of a stable and reliable service between us and our clients.

In the end, our strategy and our clients’ interests, are two sides of the same coin and our business growth is closely connected to operators’ interests and their drive to attract multiple categories of players and increase revenues.

What can we expect to see from EveryMatrix at ICE in February?

For us, ICE 2017 is a great opportunity to refresh our perspective on the industry, while meeting our partners and clients.

At the same time, we are keen on displaying the latest features that are now available for our clients and maybe talk about the future enhancements that we develop for our sports, casino and payments solutions.

One important product that we’ll showcase at ICE 2017 is MoneyMatrix, our PCI Level 1 compliant payment product.

Does the Vietnam office opening represent a new period of growth in Asia for EveryMatrix?

Firstly, I have to say that Asia is indeed a promising space for i-gaming and we are always interested in regulated gaming jurisdictions that can satisfy our clients’ business objectives.

At the same time, EveryMatrix has invested for many years into the Asian region, where PartnerMatrix – our affiliate and agent system – has been very well received by many operators that are looking for an affiliate platform with an integrated agent system.

As we continue to grow in the region, we’re now establishing hosting servers in Asia to operate in parallel with our European data center and ensure the best possible user experience for Asian players.
