Dan comes with a strong managerial experience in large operations teams, where he has acted as CEO, CTO, head of operations, and head of a large technical support team. His specialties are Process Design, Implementation & Optimization, Business Relationship Management, and IT Service Delivery Management.
With over 16 years’ experience in the fast-changing IT industry, Dan will oversee the technical part of client communications and will take responsibility for health initiatives, monitoring, reporting, and incident handling for all EveryMatrix production applications.
