Vendor Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Vendor Relationship Manager  to join our MoneyMatrix Operations team in Malta!

MoneyMatrix is a Financial Institution providing Payment Processing and Risk Management for business Clients. MoneyMatrix has been designed to support all types of Merchants and to manage   high transaction volumes in a stable environment.  Our portfolio includes over 150 vendors which cover Card Processing, E-Wallets, Vouchers, Crypto Currencies, Carrier Billing, Bank Transfer Solutions and many more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic partnerships by finding payments and risk check solutions based on our clients’ Key Markets;
  • Prospect new markets – be “ahead of the trend”;
  • Negotiate new and existing agreements with the purpose of cost reduction and maximization of revenues;
  • Manage Roadmap priorities for vendor integrations along with the Product Manager;
  • Communicate internally about new and existing solutions and assist with any inquiries that might arise;
  • Create and update business processes and manuals;
  • Supervise the implementation and migration of integration projects;
  • Inform Vendor Operations Team about any changes that impacts the Team;
  • Suggest improvements and features that will strengthen our product.


  • Experience in working within a payments department of an E-commerce business is highly desirable;
  • Good understanding of international and alternative payment solutions within an E-Commerce environment from either a customer, back office and technical perspective;
  • Experience in managing relationships with payment service providers is a big plus;
  • Online betting or casino industry experience will be considered an asset;
  • Data analysis and reporting knowledge;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Proficient in the use of standard IT packages (especially Excel);
  • Detail orientated;
  • Team player and friendly.
