Vendor Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Vendor Manager, to strengthen our Casino Engine business unit in Bucharest. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with EveryMatrix’s gaming platform existing Vendors, while also taking care of the onboarding process when a new contract is signed.

As part of the vendor-facing team, you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients’ gaming needs in terms of casino content and to be able to produce solutions for operational and marketing challenges that come up.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our Casino Vendors
  • Negotiating the commercial terms with new and existing vendors
  • Keep up to date regarding key markets, product features, etc. to be able to make the most of our partnership
  • Meeting and identifying potential new gaming vendors
  • Keep the product manager posted with vendors’ new features/releases
  • Continuously update the CRM with key commercial information
  • You will also be working closely together with other members of the sales, marketing, finance, and support teams
  • Reviewing and analyzing reporting data to identify key usage trends
  • To generate ideas on the development of the casino product, while also providing feedback for assisting in the continuous development of the service
  • Working closely with the Legal and Compliance Team to meet the jurisdiction’s requirements
  • Maximizing gaming vendors’ revenue and traffic across clients’ websites through operational guidance
  • Gathering and sending details to clients on the new product releases monthly via newsletter

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2-years’ experience in a B2B/B2C
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
  • Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client-oriented attitude
  • Analytical thinking
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Good teamwork skills

 

Nice to have

  • At least 2-years’ experience in a B2B/B2C iGaming environment
  • Experience with software implementation projects would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle and software release management
  • Minimal marketing activities exposure is an asset
  • Genuine curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online industry
  • Experience from the IT/Telecoms or similar technical field is a plus
  • Experience with vendors and providers
