UX/UI Designer

EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 by a team of innovative and visionary people with the aim to create a fully flexible and tailored software solution for operators whilst working with high-profile iGaming partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
  • Portfolio: on Dribbble, Behance (or on a similar popular Internet resource);
  • Knowledge of: Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Design bible/library, svg/css animations;
  • Knowledge of UX: data analysis, prototyping;
  • Data-driven mindset and curiosity about data behind any decisions;
  • Knowledge of UI: familiarity with design guides for iOS / Android;
  • Experience in designing application interfaces and mobile versions of websites;
  • Experience of html, js, css will be a big plus;
  • Experience in gambling or gaming industries;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity;
  • Intermediate / Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct collaboration with Product Stakeholders and Development Team;
  • Analyzing business needs, researching and implementing results into specific design solutions;
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of the product design and searching for ways to improve the product;
  • Development of mockups (layouts; assets, etc), wireframes (user flows, scenarios, UML diagrams, or similar) and animations;
  • Creating and preparation of scalable product design systems;
  • Creating of prototypes (static and/or dynamic), testing of the offered decisions, and presentation of results to a team;

Work Life Balance: 

  • 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays. 
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note). 
  • Medical leave: up to 30 days per year, documented with medical certificate 
  • If return to work soon after having child, 1 year 100% WFH for mothers  
  • WFH after child is born – for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the birth of the child)  
  • Maternity leave – 21 weeks
