We are currently seeking an HR & Admin Assistant, eager and ready to wear several hats during their journey inside EveryMatrix: you will help manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for technical and non-technical job openings; you will also have the opportunity to explore a variety of HR projects, starting with creating great on-boarding and integration experience for new employees, employee engagement actions and developed feedback aimed at improving company retention.

Your journey inside EveryMatrix:

You are expected to be a trusted HRBP for line manager
Mainly focus on the recruitment process.
Collect applications from requesting department and follow up the personnel application procedure.
Prepare, post, update vacancies on internet, make sure all recruitment channel smoothly and efficient.
Shortlist candidates according to requirement, Arrange interview schedule in aligned with the policy and procedure.
Conduct the interviews from HR side.
Communicate regularly with line manager to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns.
Advise and help managers (including remote managers) on HR-related topics.
Support on Admin related tasks when line manager is busy.
Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin manager.

Good presentation skills.
Experience in recruitment (the more the better) is good to have.
Open minded and flexible.
College degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
