Technical Writer (DataMatrix)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our DataMatrix team. DataMatrix is a part of the EveryMatrix platform that is responsible for collecting, storing, processing and utilizing hundreds of millions of transactions from the whole platform every single day. The team consists of 25 people and is located in Lviv.

Technical Writer (DataMatrix)

Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Organize and write developer documentation (guidance, technical instructions, manuals).
  • Preparing release notes for each deploy process.
  • Closely interact with management and technical leads in process of gathering requirements. Preparing mappings, GAP analysis documentations.
  • Edit, clarify and proofread documentation written by other specialists.
  • Close communication with clients regarding preparing answers for technical questions with developers.
  • Organize and systematically verify business unit documentation. Periodically optimize storing system.
  • API documentation preparing.

Expectations:

  • Solid experience in writing, editing and proofreading technical documentation in IT/Software 1+ years.
  • Experience in preparing presentations or articles to foreign markets (USA, Europe).
  • Exceptional grammar English – Upper-Intermediate level and higher.
  • Experience in direct communication with foreign clients.
  • Nice to have experience in big data related projects/products.
  • Nice to have experience in iGambling.
  • Nice to have experience in BA activities.

Work Life Balance:
