We are looking for a sharp and savvy Technical Writer to join our Сasino team in Lviv. CasinoEngine is the foremost casino gaming aggregator in the industry – with a single integration, operators can access a library of thousands of games provided by tens of vendors as a complete turn-key solution.

Senior Technical Writer

Responsibilities

Compose clear and concise documentation in Confluence and MS Word aimed at technical as well as non-technical audiences.
Create a broad range of documentation, including API documentation, user manuals, troubleshooting articles, architecture documentation, procedures, release notes, etc.
Design document templates.
Maintain the knowledge base of the project.
Edit and review documents.
Work with Development, Operational, and QA teams to obtain information.
Make sure that everything is diligently documented and the information is communicated to all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

Experience in preparing product manuals, release notes, training materials, etc.
Experience with MS Office Suite and Atlassian Confluence.
Good knowledge of diagraming software, screen capture software, etc.
Experience in researching and gathering relevant technical data from subject matter experts (developers, business analysts, QAs) and project specifications.
Ability to work in a multifunctional team.
Knowledge of the software documentation specifics and style guides.
Organized and capable of working simultaneously on multiple projects.
Excellent and efficient communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

Work Life Balance:

22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company – 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note).
