Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our Casino division with a focus on delivering new business from the international online casino industry. This sales position is everything about building and managing relationships. In the Casino business unit, we are all about the quality and value we bring to our clients and partners. Everyone in our teams is a brand ambassador in the industry. We value professionalism, responsiveness and problem-solving attitude above all traits.
You would refer directly to the Casino Head of Sales and be involved in both sales and commercial strategy development. You’ll also work with the EveryMatrix global sales team.

EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remained a founder-owned private company.

Senior Sales Manager

  • Identify new opportunities within the online gambling industry to introduce and sell EveryMatrix Casino products and services;
  • Engage and educate prospects about EveryMatrix Casino products and services;
  • You will be expected to work across the entire product suite based on organizational prioritization;
  • Negotiate offers and contracts directly with potential new and existing clients;
  • Suggest and improve go-to-market strategy and value proposition for the target markets; You will be maintaining and nurturing good relations with EveryMatrix prospects and ensuring that the CRM is updated accordingly;
  • You will report directly to the Head of Sales so that you will be close to the decision-making process;
  • You will also be working closely together with other members of the sales, marketing, technical, Legal and support teams;
  • Attend the most relevant expos, conferences & networking events where deemed necessary and keep up to date with all industry publications;
  • Keep abreast of all industry, compliance and regulatory developments in the product area.



  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
  • 3+ years of sales experience within B2B iGaming is essential,
  • Proven experience in the negotiation of strategic contracts and building key partnerships.
  • Strong proven track record with Tier 1 sales;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Impeccable timekeeping;
  • Willingness to travel internationally (sometimes at short notice);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field would be nice to have.
