Head of Sales Asia

We are looking to add an experienced and dedicated Senior Sales Manager to be based in our Manila office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and head up a local team of 3-4 people including Sales and Account managers
  • Prospect and map new opportunities to introduce EveryMatrix products and services;
  • Identify partners and agents to work with, in introducing EveryMatrix products and services;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at senior management and board level;
  • Manage the relationship with EveryMatrix existing clients together with the Account Managers
  • Manage the relationship with EveryMatrix third party provider partners in Asia and identify new ones
  • Attend relevant expos, conferences & networking events and keeping up to date with all industry publications;
  • Develop and maintain relationships between departments to ensure business impediments and opportunities can be quickly and effectively resolved/exploited in order to achieve the required business objectives;
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to record activity and forecasts;
  • Suggest and improve marketing and sales strategies;
  • Report all activity to the Head of Sales and senior management team;
  • Prepared for frequent travel activity;
  • Prepared to perform other company duties if required.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent grasp of English;
  • Good Chinese language skills would represent a plus;
  • Team management experience is a must
  • Experience in the Egaming industry is a must
  • Experience with dealing and selling a range of products used within the Egaming industry is preferred;
  • Knowledge in online Sportsbook, online Casino and online payment solutions is preferred;
  • Reliable;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Client-oriented attitude;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Fantastic communication & negotiation skills (both verbal and written);
  • Great organization and prioritization skills;
  • Detail oriented with an analytic mindset;
  • Result oriented.
