Senior Compliance Officer

We are looking for a skilled and highly driven Senior Compliance Officer to join our Legal & Compliance department. The right candidate will hold a key role in a team which handles a variety of interesting compliance projects for a leading B2B iGaming software provider.



  • Monitor and review developments within the regulatory environment of the business
  • Maintain compliance with existing licenses
  • Analyse entry requirements for new markets and co-ordinate applications for licenses
  • Advise and support internal stakeholders on compliance issues
  • Draft, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with the applicable regulations
  • Prepare compliance reports and training as needed
  • Work with the Head of Legal and Compliance and all stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal and external processes and regulation


Hard skills:

  • 3rd level qualification in Compliance, Law or Finance
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Knowledge of iGaming regulatory landscapes
  • Experience in licencing and liaising with regulators
  • Experience with compliance and internal control procedures and frameworks
  • Capacity to write, research and develop processes and procedures
  • Ability to provide advice on compliance matters to stakeholders in a direct and practical manner
  • Ability to coordinate projects with various teams
  • Fluency in English, including legal English;
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
