Sales Manager OddsMatrix

We are currently seeking a bright and dedicated Sales Manager to deliver new business and upsell revenue from the international sports betting industry.

You would refer directly to the OddsMatrix Head of Sales and be involved in both sales and commercial strategy development. You’ll also work with the EveryMatrix global sales team.


OddsMatrix is very fast growing, with annual turnover growth in excess of 50% several years in a row and several large signature client wins. After this year acquiring Croatian software developer Leapbit, OddsMatrix today is one of few providers with a strong omni channel sports offering, with great products for both online and retail. You will play a key part in exploiting this strength commercially and push our omni channel product, including OTC, self service terminals with both sports and casino, odds screens and much more, combined with the most modern features of online features, everything running on a single back-end for joint management of odds, risk, settlement, bonusing and other promotions.



  • Identify new opportunities within the online gambling market to introduce OddsMatrix retail services;
  • Liaise with other departments such as account management, product development, delivery, support and finance to facilitate the business process;
  • Maintain all information in CRM up-to-date;
  • Negotiate offers and contracts directly with potential new and existing operators;
  • Suggest and improve go to market strategy for the target markets;
  • Attend the most relevant expos, conferences & networking events where deemed necessary and keep up to date with all industry publications;
  • Keep abreast of all industry, compliance and regulatory developments in the target area;
  • Work with EveryMatrix marketing team for optimized product presentation of our omni-channel product.



Hard skills:

  • Experience in the sports betting industry, especially the retail segment of sports betting;
  • Knowledge about hardware used for retail sports betting set up;
  • Sales/procurement/marketing experience would represent a huge plus;
  • Trading knowledge would represent a big plus;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Other languages are considered a plus.

Soft skills:

  • Intelligent, organized, self-motivated & results driven whilst able to use own initiative;
  • Analytical thinking & detail oriented person with excellent data analysis and reporting skills coupled with being a team player;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – in particular to present at board level;
  • Willingness to travel internationally (sometimes at short notice);
  • Proven experience in negotiation of strategic contracts and building key partnerships.
