PPC Manager

EveryMatrix is looking for a PPC Manager to join our growing business-to-business marketing and acquisition team. This role is an integral part of the business-to-business marketing team that drives efforts to continuously promote our corporate and product websites across multiple markets and channels worldwide. The PPC Manager must ensure that campaigns are running smoothly, and any growth opportunities are identified in the very competitive and highly regulated iGaming industry.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies via Google Ads and other platforms; 
  • Manage budgets and complex paid search campaigns across multiple accounts; 
  • Oversee and maintain existing accounts (Google Adsand develop partnerships with new PPC search platforms (e.g., MSN, Yandex, Naver, Baidu, etc. ); 
  • Be immersed in keyword selection and audience targeting; 
  • Permanently monitor budget, conversions, and adjust bids to gain better ROI; 
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and identify issues; 
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to ensure that messages are delivered to meet product communicationmarketing, and key PPC objectives; 
  • Create and deliver recurring progress reports in all areas of day-to-day PPC operations, ensuring that PPC milestones and goals are met. 

Requirements: 

Hard Skills 

  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and PPC practices 
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a big plus; 
  • Familiarity with multiple PPC platforms is preferred (including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook Ads); 
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, and others; 
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting; 
  • Excellent grasp of English (written and spoken). 

Soft Skills 

  • Work well as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team; 
  • Excellent time management skills; 
  • Attention to details.
