L3 Support Engineer

We are looking to add an enthusiastic L3 Support Engineer, with a real passion for technology and growth, to our growing team in Lviv.


  • Process, analyze incidents and fix/monitor their fixing
  • Provide RCA for each incidents
  • Provide communication with external vendor
  • Provide support to clients who are integrating with our application
  • Monitor different project environment for errors and escalate in case of any potential issue
  • Monitor production environment and report on monitoring activities


  • Intermediate or upper English level
  • Ability to read and understand technical logs
  • Ability to understand API calls
  • A good attitude with willingness and flexibility

Previous experience in customer support would be nice to have
