Junior Technical Writer (MoneyMatrix)

Job Summary:

EveryMatrix is looking for a Technical Writer to join our MoneyMatrix team in Lviv.

The MoneyMatrix platform aggregates payment, risk management and ‘Know Your Customer’ solutions allowing online businesses to safely process internationally through a single integration. MoneyMatrix is adaptable to any onlinengambling or sports betting operastor and has nearly 10 years of expirience within the industry.

The Tech Writer will help us to create a technical documentation, including user manuals, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation documentation, and product specifications working both independently and collaboratively with software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.

Junior Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Create a broad range of documentation, including API documentation, user manuals, configuration instructions, user journeys, UML diagrams, architecture documentation, procedures, release notes, client newsletters etc.
• Compose clear and concise documentation in Confluence and MS Word
• Converts complex technical information to a non-technical language for a non-technical audience
• Design document templates
• Maintain the user manual of the project with screenshots and tutorials
• Create software documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff
• Make sure that everything is diligently documented, and the information is communicated to all stakeholders involved
• Take existing and potential content and improve it
• Write documentation for internal teams such as developers, configurators, support team
• Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
• Excellent technical writing skills in English
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience in preparing product manuals, release notes, API docs, etc.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Atlassian Confluence
• Solid grip on UML diagrams drawing software such as Gliffy, Lucidchart, draw.io etc.
• Ability to work in a multifunctional team
• Organized and capable of working simultaneously on multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines would be a benefit
