Junior Technical Support

Responsibilities

*Answer questions from other teams, like external, other develop team, integration team, etc.,

*Answer questions from email, jira

*Monitor stage/prod status

*Deploy on stage/prod, maintain our deployment board

*Maintain integration list, operator configuration information, etc.,

*Maintain and send the release note

*Check stage/prod status after new version has been deployed at stage/prod

*Maintain the developer documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and usable

Requirements

*Above 1+ years of practical experience in Web Testing

*Solid in REST API testing

*Functional, regression, usability, and GUI testing

*Requirements review and analysis

*Practical experience in Agile/Scrum development processes

*Knowledge of bug tracking tool(s) and process (JIRA)

*Understanding web-application and browser functioning principles

*Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles

*Experience with Postman/Fiddler

*Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills

*Fluent in reading and written English

Nice to have skills:

*Experience in Scrum and delivering working tested software in each iteration

*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics

*Basic knowledge of a programming language (Java, JS, Python)

*Any background related to Sports Book, Sports Betting applications, Player and Transactions Management platforms, ERP applications

*Fast learner
