Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a result-driven Junior Product Manager, with a good understanding of the various offerings of online gambling brands, in particular casinos and loyalty systems. Together with the CasinoEngine product team, you will take an analytical approach to deploy and testing new product ideas, gradually improving the overall performance of our client’s brands and optimising efficiencies across the player lifecycle.


  • Together with the product team, manage the CasinoEngine product roadmap.
  • Collect and analyse product feedback across multiple clients to plan and prioritise the targets.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure product offerings are given maximum exposure via marketing.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the company strategy and values and ensure the products are developing in the right direction.
  • Capture opportunities and build strong business cases through a data-driven approach to align key stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear goals.
  • Be the owner of the product documentation, collaborating with product owners and tech writers and ensuring up-to-date docs.
  • Interact with the product manager, BA, engineers, QA, UX writers, sales and account managers, technical support, and key stakeholders.


  • 1.5+ years of experience as an IT Product Manager / 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or QA Engineer.
  • Proven experience with methods to understand and improve customer experiences.
  • Previous experience and a good understanding of lean and agile product development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as experience working well with multi-disciplinary product development teams.
  • Ability to see the ‘big picture,’ evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests.
  • Online casino or other real money gaming experience is a big benefit.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing and fast-paced industry and working environment.
  • Being product-driven and passionate about the product is a must.
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English.
