Job Summary:
EveryMatrix is looking for an awesome Junior Management Assistant in our CEO’s Office team in Bucharest. We are now looking for a dedicated and passionate junior aiming to join our ever-growing team.

We are looking for new graduates to be a part of the CEO’s Office to assist our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief of Staff (CoS), and the group management team.

This is an opportunity in which you will be trained on the industry, company and our work; plus get assignments on business analysis and documentation. Successful candidates will then become future managers within the company.

Junior Management Assistant 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO and CoS to help on their day-to-day activities;
  • Participate in meetings; take notes with conclusions, plans and assignments discussed during meetings;
  • Follow up with other managers and team leaders regarding the status of their projects/tasks;
  • Generate operational business information for management;
  • Provide support and do research/analysis on major projects;
  • Help business teams to build information tools and knowledgebases across all clients and products;
  • Take on new organizational and research tasks when required;
  • Other project management-related duties as instructed by the CEO and CoS.

Requirements

  • Fast learner;
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English;
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel in particular);
  • Organized and responsible;
  • Able to work in a team and independently;
  • Punctual and dependable;
  • Clear communicator and an active listener;
  • Pro-active and able to take decisions under pressure;
  • Willing to learn and improve the current knowledge;
  • Able to travel internationally.

Work Life Balance:

  • 33 days off per year, including public holidays, rising to 43 by year 5 inside the company;
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note);
  • 40% work from home, over any 3-month period;
  • If returning to work soon after having child, 1 year 100% WFH for mothers;
  • WFH after child is born – for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the birth of the child);
