Integration Manager

We are looking to add an Integration Manager, with a real passion for technology, to our growing team in Manila Philippines!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management related activities for delivering client website(s) integration with Everymatrix platform/products;
  • Work with Product Managers/Operational teams to coordinate deliveries of new integrations;
  • Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues;
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients during the integration phase of their website with Everymatrix platform/products;
  • Provide regular update reports to management as required;
  • Have an overall view of the projects allocated at all time, identify risks and eliminate roadblocks;
  • Ensure that client requirements are well defined and offer support to development team to deliver according to agreed scope and timeframe;
  • Ensure that the website has all necessary approvals before go-live date (QA signoff, Finance signoff, Compliance signoff);
  • Create and improve Integration related processes;
  • Be the point of contact for our OddsMatrix Feed clients.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as Project / Integration Manager in an IT company;
  • Excellent Project Management skills;
  • Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly;
  • Experience with reporting to stakeholders across financial and operational functions of the business;
  • Ability to translate client requests into project vision;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to get things done under pressure;
  • Customer-oriented communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English;
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced level of Chinese;
  • Experience in integrating Payment Services or any other kind of integration is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Agile methods will be appreciated.
