HR Manager Georgia

EveryMatrix is looking for an HR Manager in Batumi, Georgia.

HR Manager 


  • Will be responsible for the full recruitment plan for opening the Georgia office, up to100 employees by the end of 2023;
  • Full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • The role will manage up to 2 direct reports;
  • Communicate all business decisions impacting HR to team members; ensure information is cascaded to team members in a prompt and clear manner;
  • Align local practices and processes to group procedures and strategic decisions and communicate to team members;
  • Help team members learn and grow and act as a mentor and role model for them.
  • Communicate regularly with managers to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns;
  • Assess business needs and priorities in terms of recruitment needs, employee relations, new leader coaching, career development;
  • Recommend and implement HR solution;
  • Support our colleagues throughout their journey at EveryMatrix: onboarding, constant feedback, career development, exit;
  • Answer team members queries on HR matters;
  • Support an assist employee on career development opportunities;
  • Manage and solve employee relations issues;
  • Promote HR initiatives across the teams;
  • Will be involved in drafting employment contracts and reporting data for payroll.
  • Participate to impromptu projects (employer branding projects and events, various employee opinion survey, salary grids updates etc.) and develop or contribute to other internal processes and policies (work from home, etc);
  • Maintain calm and support both colleagues and the company during extraordinarily challenging times.


  • At least 5 years’ experience on a similar position;
  • Fantastic grasp of the English language;
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter;
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS);
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field or HR related courses or certifications – nice to have;
  • Knowledge of Georgian Labor Law is a must;
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a great desire to learn are mandatory;
  • Team player (working well within a team, capable of interacting and understanding other employees);
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, writing), good organization skills, prioritize effectively;
  • Not easily scared by a high work volume or new challenges;
  • Proactive and assertive in a diplomatic manner;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Open minded and flexible;
  • Kind and resourceful;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Life Balance:

  • 40% work from home over any 3-month period (can work one month per quarter abroad);
