Deputy Team Leader Customer Support

We’re looking for an enthusiastic English speaker with deputy experience to join our Support team!

The deputy will be responsible for helping the Team Leader with our current CasinoEngine Customer Support team – reports (operators), transactions (operators and vendors); When the TL is not available shares her responsibilities. Is in charge with helping to motivate team, handle administrative duties and will also be involved in helping our clients via e-mail and live chat and for checking data in back-end in order to prevent/solve problems.


  • Previous internal Customer Support experience – 3 years (mandatory);
  • Around 2 years of deputy or team-lead experience on a similar role;
  • Good written English skills (mandatory);
  • Clear and positive communication skills;
  • Active listener;
  • Empathetic personality
  • Internet browsing is no mystery to you and know all the shortcuts;
  • The technical aspects of an activity are fun for you;
  • Ability to follow documented procedures, logical thinking;
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve;
  • Highly organized, focus capacity;
  • Time management skills;
  • Ability to communicate technical problems concisely and professionally;
  • Previous experience in gambling industry is a plus.
  • The work schedule is from 09:00 to 17:00 or 17:00 to 01:00, 5 days/week in a rotation system that will cover 2 weekends/month. More details about the working schedule will be provided over the interview;
  • Paid taxi for those working until 01:00;
