Customer Support Specialist

We are looking to add a new Customer Support Specialists to our ever growing MoneyMatrix Support team.




You will be working as a Customer Support Specialist for MoneyMatrix. What is MoneyMatrix? Well, it is a business inside a business. It’s our very own online payments platform which saw the light of day in 2015, making it the newest product of the EveryMatrix umbrella of Products.


MoneyMatrix handles not only transactions made through our system but is also integrates with a series of other payments providers. Therefore, we process all transactions made by all the users of our clients’ websites from all over the world.


So what exactly will you do?

  • Process pending withdrawals for all operators;
  • Check account and transaction details in our specific backend;
  • Request different documents from users if the case, following the appropriate procedures;
  • Process automated alerts received in cases of suspect transaction details within the established SLAs and following the correct procedures;
  • Investigate and solve issues related to deposits or withdrawals (missing, not processed, etc);
  • Check for any unmatched transactions between our records and those of different payment providers.
  • Send official notifications to our clients regarding changes in transaction processing, scheduled or unscheduled maintenances, new markets or payment methods.
  • Work closely with different departments, in order to be a 1st point of contact for our clients and make sure all their processing needs are met.



  • Excellent written English skills (mandatory);
  • Nice to have: previous experience with online payments processing;
  • Internet browsing is no mystery to you and know all the shortcuts;
  • The technical aspects of an activity are fun for you;

  • The work schedule is 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, split from 08:00 to 21:00, in a rotation system that will cover 2 weekends/month. More details about the working schedule will be provided over the interview;
