Configuration Manager

We are looking to add a Configuration Manager, with a real passion for Technology and Configuration systems, to our awesome GamMatrix team in the ever-expanding world of iGaming and Sports betting. You will help configuring new Clients Worldwide and lay the pavement in their successful future. Through your role, you will have interactions with most of the people inside EveryMatrix and know all the ins and outs of this industry.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing configuration requests;
• Serve as main point of contact for our Group Integration Managers during the integration phase and for any GamMatrix configuration related query from our internal clients;
• Assimilate technical documentations and information to be able to successfully setup our clients within GamMatrix platform;
• Provide configuration guidance about the settings and steps needed to be done to assure an effective setup for a new client or a new feature;
• Ensuring all new configurations are working optimally within the platform;
• Supporting the investigation of configuration issues which have occurred within the platform due to faulty configuration, managing incidents and reporting back with cause and resolution to the direct Manager;
• Adjusting configuration based on supported/restricted territories updates, new features developed specifically for one or all clients or on services no longer being supported;
• Analyzing configuration issues and proposing appropriate resolutions;
• Investigating and clearing queries in a timely manner, providing update and escalating queries internally to meet SLAs;
• Preparing configuration documentations and sharing it with GM Technical Writer, for working together on creating and maintaining GM Configuration Management database
• Be able to act as fail-over for other GM Configuration Managers;
• Ensure that configuration requirements are well defined and clear before proceeding with the actual configuration;
• Ensure that each configuration request is done according to the defined process (Email / Jira task), and that has all necessary details in a clear and concise manner;
• Create and improve configuration related processes.

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience as Configuration Manager in an IT company / Online betting or casino industry;
• Good understanding of Technical systems and language;
• High level of attention to detail and trustworthy;
• Good knowledge of Agile methods;
• Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business logic to ensure the configurations are done accordingly;
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to get things done under pressure;
• Experience in Requirements Management desired;
• Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
