We are looking for a Chief Product Officer inside OddsMatrix.

OddsMatrix is operated as a highly independent unit within the EveryMatrix Group, with a high degree of autonomy for OddsMatrix management and operating with the support from EveryMatrix Group functions such as legal & compliance, finance, HR, and infrastructure. As a standalone unit, OddsMatrix has fast-growing revenues and is highly profitable in its own right.

OddsMatrix has 150 staff directly employed within the unit, including developers, project managers, trading and support, sales and account management. We have clients in Europe, Africa, and Latin America – and are now pushing for entry into the newly regulated US market. OddsMatrix stands out as one of the most modern solutions in the marketplace, with highly advanced technology and one of the few providers with a truly omnichannel offering covering both online and retail.

The overall objective of OddsMatrix is to deliver a world-class user experience, regardless of device, for our players. This will be achieved jointly by the development and operational teams in the Bucharest, Lviv, Zagreb, Changsha, and Chiang Mai offices and our sales managers in Europe, US, Latin America, and Africa.

The Chief Product Officer is part of the OddsMatrix top management team and reports to the OddsMatrix CEO along with OddsMatrix CTO, Chief Architect, COO and Head of Sales.

  • Represent the customer to clearly define the vision, strategies and requirements to satisfy our clients’ (and potential clients’) demands and ensure our product provides answers to their needs;
  • Use previous experience to operate strategically and be involved in the entire product lifecycle as well as performance and analysis;
  • Work with the other teams to identify opportunities to drive additional revenue and customer engagement through new features and optimisations;
  • Review competitor products to identify opportunities and market trends;
  • Keep across and show an understanding and keen interest in the latest technology trends and think creatively about how we can use them to improve customer experience;
  • Overall responsibility for prioritisation and scope of future product improvements and necessities;
  • Participate in marketing and sales, including preparation of marketing materials, demos for top leads, and participation in RFP processes, as well as interaction with top clients on product features and roadmap presentations.


  • 4+ years of Sportsbook Product Management or Project management experience from a B2B provider is a must;
  • Ability to work across a wide range of different projects at the same time in an efficient manner within a fast-paced environment;
  • Trading experience is a plus;
  • Demonstrate a passion for continually improving our product;
  • High levels of commitment and responsibility;
  • Interest in and knowledge of the latest technology and trends;
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to see a job through to conclusion;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate at all levels of an organisation;
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate business cases and analysis into tangible outcomes;
  • Ability to determine development priorities, balancing strategic goals and short-term tactical developments, taking into account resource limitations;
  • Ability to communicate well with both business stakeholders and software development teams;
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments;
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Manager is mandatory;
  • B2C experience is a plus;
  • Interest in sports is mandatory;
  • Retail experience is a plus;
  • Previous experience in leading, inspiring and managing teams.
