EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 by a team of innovative and visionary people with the aim to create a fully flexible and tailored software solution for operators whilst working with high-profile iGaming partners.

We are looking for  Chief Executive Officer with a real passion for live casino, who will organize and will be responsible for the management, direction and translating the organization vision and goals into action steps with the help of a management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s BU mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as a new tech BU of the organization.
  • Oversee the company`s BU operations to ensure quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company`s BU.
  • Participate in both short and long-term strategic planning of business endeavors that focuses on internal operations.
  • Demonstrates effective leadership qualities and management techniques.
  • Ensures all business activities follow Company policies and procedures requirements and any applicable rules and regulations.
  • Analyzes data and makes precise decisions to improve revenue flow, efficiencies, and profitability.
  • Participates in the preparation, implementation and approval processes of budgets and monitors budgets regularly assisting in resolution and modification processes.
  • Participates in mentoring and training for the development of management and leadership skills of the Management Team Members.

Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in any of the following: product management/ ownership; delivery management
  • Experience of live online video streaming service delivery, managing studio operations and infrastructure
  • Must be action oriented and innovative.
  • Translates broad goals into achievable steps. Solves problems and takes advantage of opportunities, is a self-starter and team player.
  • Communication and negotiation skills; presentation skills with a business analysis/ SWOT focus; ability to reason with stakeholders and prove that a certain approach benefits the product; ability to converse with Software Development teams;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/ objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work across a wide range of differing projects at the same time in an efficient manner within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in identifying industry leaders, compiling feature comparisons with positive differentiators, and creating specifications that achieve the same or better results.
  • Demonstrate a passion toward continuous Product Improvement.
