Casino Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Casino division with a focus on delivering  new business from the international online casino industry. This sales position is everything about building and managing relationships. In the Casino division, we are all about the quality and value we bring to our clients and partners. Everyone in our teams is a brand ambassador in the industry. We value professionalism, responsiveness and problem-solving attitude above all traits.
You would refer directly to the Casino Head of Sales and be involved in both sales and commercial strategy development. You’ll also work with the EveryMatrix global sales team.

We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to over 200 customers worldwide. The company is profitable, has over EUR 100m in annual revenues, and 700 employees in offices across ten countries in Europe, Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founder-owned private company.

Casino Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities within the online gambling industry to introduce and sell EveryMatrix Casino products and services
• Engage and educate prospects about EveryMatrix Casino products and services
• You will be expected to work across the entire product suite based on organizational prioritizations
• Negotiate offers and contracts directly with potential new and existing clients;
• Suggest and improve go to market strategy and value proposition for the target markets;
• You will be maintaining and nurturing good relations with EveryMatrix prospects and ensure that the CRM is updated accordingly
• You will report directly to the Head of Sales so you will be close to the decision making process;
• You will also be working closely together with other members of the sales, marketing, technical, Legal and support teams;
• Attend the most relevant expos, conferences & networking events where deemed necessary and keep up to date with all industry publications;
• Keep abreast of all industry, compliance and regulatory developments in the product area;

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience;
• Experience with selling casino game content
• Experience with selling casino platform solutions would be a plus;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
• Good organizational skills;
• Impeccable time keeping;
• Willingness to travel internationally (sometimes at short notice);

• 40% work from home, over any 3-month period (can work one month per quarter abroad)
