Casino Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a sharp Sales Coordinator to join our fast growing Casino division. In the Casino division, we are all about the quality and value we bring to our clients and partners. You would refer directly to the Casino Head of Sales and be involved in both sales and commercial strategy development.

Casino Sales Manager

  • Supporting the sales team to improve their productivity and ensuring all Sales Managers have high-quality, up-to-date sales material and tools
  • Be involved in the sales process together with the Sales Managers
  • Suggest and improve sales strategy and value proposition
  • Track and evaluate sales performance in the team
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Identify needs for sales skills improvement
  • Manage and develop CRM system
  • Develop sales reports
  • Communicating with potential clients in the presales phase, making suggestions of what and how to be delivered according to their potential, business needs, technical capabilities, focus markets and involvement and other client-related specifics;
  • You will report directly to the Head of Sales so you will be close to the decision making process;
  • You will also be working closely together with other members of the sales, marketing, technical, Legal and support teams;
  • Attend the most relevant expos, conferences & networking events where deemed necessary and keep up to date with all industry publications;
  • Keep abreast of all industry, compliance and regulatory developments in the product area;

  • Willingness to travel internationally;

Work Life Balance:

  • 40% work from home, over any 3-month period (can work one month per quarter abroad)
