Casino Commercial Director

The Commercial Director will oversee full client life cycle for EveryMatrix Casino Business Unit, from Marketing to Sales to Account Management, to ensure maximum client acquisition and retention for multiple verticals:

  • CasinoEngine – A world-beating selection of games from top providers, such as NetEnt, Microgaming, Bally, IGT, Evolution, and many others. CasinoEngine enables operators to flexibly create bonuses across all vendors, along with FPPs and wagering contributions, it gives gaming recommendations and allows casino lobby management, all from a single back office.
  • Games – including our own casino games studios: Spearhead Studios and Armadillo Studios and SlotMatrix RGS – powering slots, table games, and instant wins, and is certified in multiple markets across Europe, US and LATAM.

 

The candidate will have the overall responsibility for the commercial organization with focus on further strengthening the company’s position on the market. To grow the operation in a competitive market, the future incumbent will have to lead, motivate and grow the regional sales as well as revenues.

 

Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility across Games and CasinoEngine;
  • Ensure proper management of the commercial team;
  • Work with head of sales to optimise sales strategy and execusion with particular focus on tier 1s and regulated markets;
  • Work with head of account management to maximize revenues and relationship with each client
  • Work with head of vendor management to optimize distribution of 3rd party games
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities;
  • Personally engage with and cultivate top leads and clients in the business pipeline;
  • Deliver requirements from the sales and account management organization to the product development within the company;
  • Give Sales processes direction while keeping alignment with Group Sales;
  • KPI setting & Performance monitoring in line with Group sales;
  • Keep high level of CRM hygiene and deal value approval;
  • Training of colleagues and product feedback;
  • Value proposition creation & tailoring to specific client needs;
  • Proactively seek new and develop opportunities into becoming EveryMatrix clients;
  • Engage in developing new markets;
  • Travel and sales activities at client locations as well as industry Expo and conferences are expected.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years on a similar position in the industry;
  • Strong sales background;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and marketing tools;
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes;
  • Strong background in multiple team management;
  • A basic technical understanding of the process involved during the practical implementation of gambling products, including also regulatory requirements.
