Business Development Executive

Position Summary:

This is a hybrid role where EveryMatrix seeks a go-getter. A persuasive and sharp individual to join the ever growing sales team and work as a Business Development Executive. All ambitious iGaming execs from affiliate management, customer support or any other role with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

  • The ability to generate outbound and properly assign inbound leads
  • A minimum 1 years B2B/B2C experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role
  • A strong established iGaming Network
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics
  • Fluency in English
  • Drive and manage an entire sales cycle advancing through the stages until closure
  • Excellent listening skills, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, be a team player and highly coachable
  • A proactive approach as a self-starter who is able to work both as part of a team as well as independently (critical in today’s remote working environments)
  • Lead business optimization initiatives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback to all internal stakeholders and partners
  • Analytical and CRM (MS Dynamics) skills would be considered an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales meetings/calls with prospects, driving and maximizing the potential of qualification
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for acquiring & qualifying new potential clients
  • Continually develop new methods of lead generation to maximize the Sales funnel
  • Build relationships with Clients, prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Generate, manage and maximize opportunities and pipeline value
  • Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competitive positioning of EveryMatrix’s products and services
