Job Description:

Our new colleague will be responsible of answering queries over EM B2C Live Chat service or e-mail, in addition to checking data in back-end to prevent/ solve various issues.



  • Good command of English language (mandatory)
  • Sales-oriented approach
  • Understanding towards customer needs
  • Friendly, polite, and a positive communication are a must

  • Internet browsing is no mystery to you and you know all the shortcuts
  • Curiosity towards technical aspects
  • Previous experience in gambling industry (not mandatory, but definitely a plus)

Perks & Benefits:

  • The work schedule is from 09:00 to 17:00 or 17:00 to 01:00, 5 days/ week in shifts. You will be required to work on weekends, but you will receive 2 free days within the working week. More details about the working schedule will be provided over the interview;
  • Salary package ~ 500 EUR net (€400 base salary + €63 catering + €40 extra for evening shifts)
  • Quarterly Bonus up to 25%
  • Paid overtime
  • Paid taxi for night shift
